マイプロ運営（以下「当方」）は、アプリ「マイプロ - AI食事管理と筋トレ記録」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する情報

1-1. アカウント情報

  • メールアドレス、パスワード（ハッシュ化して保存し、当方も元のパスワードを見ることはできません）
  • Apple または Google でサインインした場合、各社から受け取る識別子とメールアドレス
  • ニックネーム、プロフィール写真、自己紹介、公開範囲の設定

1-2. 体と目標に関する情報

  • 年齢、身長、体重、性別、活動レベル、目標（減量・維持・増量）、目標カロリーと栄養素
  • トレーニングの設定（環境、器具、頻度、経験、重点部位、メモ）
  • 安全のための情報（痛みやけがの有無、避けたい運動、注意事項）

これらには健康に関わる情報が含まれます。食事・運動の提案と安全な運動メニューの作成のためだけに使います。

1-3. 記録

  • 食事の記録（写真、料理名、カロリー・栄養素、メモ、日時）、水分の記録
  • トレーニングの記録（メニュー、実施状況）
  • セットごとの記録（重量・回数）と、種目ごとの使用重量の目安は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存し、当方のサーバーには送りません

1-4. コミュニティの情報

  • 投稿（文章・写真・栄養情報）、ストーリーズ、コメント、いいね、フォロー
  • チャットのメッセージ（文章、写真、音声、スタンプ）
  • 通報やブロックの内容

1-5. 端末と利用状況

  • プッシュ通知用の端末トークン、OSのバージョン、端末の機種、アプリのバージョン、言語
  • 機能の利用状況やエラーの記録（どの画面を開いたか等。食事写真や投稿の本文は含めません）
  • フィードバック機能で送られた内容（コメントと、利用者が添付を選んだ場合のみ画面のスクリーンショット）

1-6. 購入情報

  • サブスクリプションの確認に必要な、Apple が発行する取引ID・購入日・有効期限
  • クレジットカード等の決済情報は Apple が処理し、当方は受け取りません

当方は、位置情報と連絡先は取得しません。

1-7. Appleの「ヘルスケア」（HealthKit）

設定で「Appleヘルスケアと連携」をオンにした場合に限り、アプリで終えたワークアウトとその推定消費カロリーを、端末の「ヘルスケア」に書き込みます。「ヘルスケア」のデータを当方のサーバーへ送ったり、広告・マーケティングに使ったり、第三者に提供したりすることはありません。連携はいつでも設定またはiPhoneの「ヘルスケア」アプリで止められます。

2. 利用目的

  1. 本アプリの提供（記録の保存と同期、カロリー・栄養の計算、レポートの作成）
  2. AIによる食事写真の分析と、トレーニングメニュー・アドバイスの作成
  3. コミュニティ機能の提供（投稿・フォロー・チャット・通知）
  4. プッシュ通知の送信（記録のリマインダー、週次レポート、いいね・コメント・フォロー・メッセージ）
  5. サブスクリプションの確認と、AI機能の1日の利用回数の管理
  6. 不正利用・迷惑行為への対応、通報の確認
  7. 不具合の調査、サービスの改善、お問い合わせへの対応

3. AIによる分析と外部への送信

  • 食事写真を撮影または選択して分析すると、その写真と分析の指示が Anthropic, PBC（米国）のAIサービスに送信され、料理名と推定の栄養素が返されます。
  • トレーニングメニューやアドバイスを作成するとき、1-2 の情報（安全のための情報を含む）と最近の記録の要約が、同じく Anthropic に送信されます。
  • AIの結果は推定であり、医療上の助言ではありません。
  • AIの結果はサーバーに24時間保存したあと消去します（利用回数の管理のため、日時と種類の記録は残ります）。
  • Anthropic の商用利用規約により、送信した情報が Anthropic のAIの学習に使われることはありません。Anthropic は、不正利用の防止のため、受け取った情報を最大30日間保管したあと削除します（法令対応などで必要な場合を除く）。

4. 公開される情報

  • ニックネーム、プロフィール写真、自己紹介、フォロワー数・フォロー数は、ほかの利用者に表示されます。ユーザー検索の対象にもなります。
  • 投稿・ストーリーズ・コメントは、利用者が選んだ公開範囲（全員／フォロワーのみ／自分のみ）の人に表示されます。ストーリーズは24時間で表示が終わります。
  • 年齢・身長・体重・目標・活動レベル・メールアドレスは、ほかの利用者には表示しません。
  • チャットのメッセージは、そのチャットの参加者だけが見られます。

5. 委託先・外部サービス

当方は、次の事業者に情報の処理を委託します。いずれも国外（主に米国）で処理される場合があります。

これら以外の第三者に、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を提供しません。広告目的で情報を販売・共有することはありません。

6. 保存期間

  • アカウントの情報と記録は、アカウントを削除するまで保存します。
  • ストーリーズの写真・動画は、24時間の表示期間が終わるか、投稿者が削除すると、サーバーから消去します。
  • アカウントを削除すると、サーバー上のプロフィール、記録、写真、投稿、コメント、チャットのメッセージ、端末トークン等を消去します（不正対策と法令対応に必要な最小限の記録を除く）。
  • 端末内の記録は、アプリを削除するかサインアウトすると消えます。

7. 利用者ができること

  • アプリ内で、プロフィールの確認と修正、公開範囲の変更ができます。
  • 設定の「データエクスポート」から、食事記録・栄養統計・プロフィールを書き出せます。
  • 通知は、設定または iPhone の設定から種類ごとにオフにできます。
  • 設定の「アカウントを削除」から、いつでもアカウントと関連データを削除できます。
  • 上記以外の開示・訂正・利用停止の請求は、下記の窓口で受け付けます。

8. 安全管理

通信の暗号化（HTTPS）、パスワードのハッシュ化、アクセス権限の制限、アカウントごとのデータの分離などにより、情報を保護します。

9. 未成年の方

16歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえで利用してください。

10. 改定

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、アプリ内または当方のWebサイトでお知らせします。重要な変更は、アプリ内でも通知します。

MyPro (“we”) explains below how the app “MyPro - AI Meal & Workout Tracker” (the “App”) handles your information.

1. Information we collect

  • Account: email address and password (stored hashed; we cannot read it), identifiers and email from Sign in with Apple or Google, nickname, profile photo, bio, visibility setting.
  • Body and goals: age, height, weight, sex, activity level, goal, calorie and nutrient targets, training preferences, and safety information (pain or injury, movements to avoid, notes). This includes health-related information, used only for meal and workout guidance and to build safe workouts.
  • Logs: meal logs (photos, names, calories and nutrients, notes, time), water intake, workout logs. Per-set records (weight, reps) and per-exercise working weights stay on your device and are not sent to our servers.
  • Community: posts (text, photos, nutrition), stories, comments, likes, follows, chat messages (text, photos, audio, stickers), reports and blocks.
  • Device and usage: push notification token, OS version, device model, app version, language, feature usage and error records (no meal photos or post text), and feedback you send (your comment, and a screenshot only if you choose to attach it).
  • Purchases: Apple transaction ID, purchase and expiry dates to verify your subscription. Apple processes payment; we never receive card details.

We do not collect location or contacts.

Apple Health (HealthKit): only if you turn on “Apple Health” in Settings, MyPro writes finished workouts and their estimated calories to the Health app on your device. Health data is never sent to our servers, used for advertising or marketing, or shared with third parties. You can stop this at any time in Settings or in the Health app.

2. How we use it

Providing the App (saving and syncing logs, nutrition calculations, reports); AI meal-photo analysis and AI workout plans and advice; community features; push notifications (reminders, weekly report, likes, comments, follows, messages); verifying subscriptions and daily AI limits; handling abuse and reports; fixing problems, improving the App, and answering support requests.

3. AI processing

When you analyse a meal photo, the photo and instructions are sent to Anthropic, PBC (USA) and an estimated dish name and nutrients are returned. When the App builds a workout plan or advice, your body, goal, training and safety information and a summary of recent logs are sent to Anthropic as well. AI results are estimates, not medical advice. Results are kept on our servers for 24 hours, then deleted (a record of the date and type of request is kept for daily limits). Under Anthropic’s Commercial Terms, the data we send is not used to train Anthropic’s models; Anthropic keeps it for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and then deletes it, unless the law requires otherwise.

4. What other users can see

Nickname, profile photo, bio, and follower/following counts are visible to other users and searchable. Posts, stories, and comments are visible to the audience you choose (everyone, followers, only you); stories disappear after 24 hours. Age, height, weight, goal, activity level, and email are never shown to other users. Chat messages are visible only to that chat’s participants.

5. Service providers

Cloudflare, Inc. (servers, database, photo storage, sign-in); Anthropic, PBC (meal-photo analysis, workout plans and advice); Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple, push delivery, subscription payment); Google LLC (Google sign-in, only if used). Processing may take place outside your country, mainly in the USA. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.

6. Retention

We keep your account and logs until you delete your account. Story photos and videos are erased from our servers when the story’s 24 hours end or when you delete it. Deleting your account erases your profile, logs, photos, posts, comments, chat messages, and device tokens from our servers, except the minimum records needed for fraud prevention and legal obligations. On-device records are removed when you delete the App or sign out.

7. Your choices

Review and edit your profile and visibility in the App; export meal logs, nutrition statistics, and your profile from Settings > Data export; turn off each notification type in Settings or iOS Settings; delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete account. For other requests, contact us below.

8. Security

HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, restricted access, and per-account data separation.

9. Children

Users under 16 should use the App with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

10. Changes

We will announce changes in the App or on our website, and notify you in the App of significant changes.
